The Recruitment Manager is responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract, select, and retain top talent across all hotel departments. This role partners closely with department heads to understand staffing needs, ensures an exceptional candidate experience, and upholds the hotel’s brand as an employer of choice.
Bilingual in English and Japanese.
